Well you can! Quail eggs are very good for you, and most people eat them on sushi. If you have pet quails, a good thing to do with them, to make money, would to sell there eggs to sushi restaurants. Remember, the eggs must be fresh, and must be collected that morning. You can make a lot of money selling your Quail eggs to these sushi places.
Another thing to do with the eggs, is cook them yourself!

Hard boiled: take a bunch of your Quail eggs, and lightly put them in a pot of boiling water, set on medium. Let them sit for 3 minutes exactly! Then lift them out, peel, and enjoy. Quail egg shells tend to be really delicate, and break easily, but the skin on the inside of the shell, tend to be very think! Thats why it is hard to crack quail eggs, and it comes as a skill.

Deviled eggs: Hard boil the quail eggs. Then peel of the shells, and cut them in half. Take out the yoke, and mike it with cyan pepper, mayonnaise, a little honey, and mustard.
      More ingredients:
             what you'll need:
                                         1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
                                        1/4 teaspoon of mustard
                                       dash tabasco sauce
                                     salt and 1 teaspoon of fresh chives.
then put the mixed ingredients back in the hard boiled egg wight, and enjoy!

Quail eggs cook very quickly, so you don't want to leave them for long periods of time cooking. It only takes about a half a minute to cook a Quail egg over easy! only about a minute to cook scrambled quail eggs, and 2-3 minutes for toads in a hole, and other fun egg recipes.
